In the event that you face any challenges or need any assistance, our team is fully prepared to provide appropriate solutions to you, and for the credibility of our work, the customer can request a refund according to the following requirements that we have set to achieve full commitment between us and work and implementation on time, namely:
- The user is responsible for reading and understanding these terms before making a purchase. We provide a contact form and a direct WhatsApp communication tool to answer any questions you may have before purchasing.
- The customer can cancel his order within two days from the date of booking without any cancellation fees or any expenses.
- Reasons for return: The customer can request a full refund of the amount paid in case of force majeure that hinders the implementation of the contract, and he is not obliged to give the reason for the cancellation in any case.
- Return Procedures: To request a return, the customer must contact us via the contact form and submit a request to cancel the implementation of the project within the specified period. The request will be considered within three working days, and you will receive our response with the refund procedures via your email registered on the site.
- Special requests: In no case can a request for the implementation of a project with special specifications be canceled after payment
- We do not incur any refund fees. The user is the one who bears the transfer fees or bank fees in case of fees.
- Modification of Policy: We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.
