[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Al Rowad series organized a workshop for women, out of its belief in the role of women in building society and the importance of providing an incubating environment for beneficial cultural dialogues.

The workshop, which was entitled (Conscious Communication to be a Leader of Yourself), was attended by 40 women from Arab communities and different cultures, which enriched the dialogue.

The workshop was held on the 17th of December, in the B&B hall in Kaya Shahir, Istanbul.

Relations and Communication:

The workshop, which was presented by the development trainer and journalist, Ms. Rana Jamous, included a definition of the concept of relationships and communication with oneself and with others.

The dialogue included talking about the mechanism of conscious communication that works on controlling the habits of the mind and controlling reactions.

Show series projects:

During the workshop, a video was shown about the projects of Al Rowad series, about the first residential complex project in the new Istanbul Canal area.

Al rowad series began with the first residential complex, the pioneers, by establishing the Osama Joint Stock Company, and it purchased a piece of land on which the project will be built.

The company offered its shares in the market, so that the second stage would be to transfer the land license from agricultural to Emaar, after which the construction of the Al-Rowad residential complex would begin.

Do women lead society?

The Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Rowad Series, Mr. Saeed Musa, emphasized the importance of this type of workshop in pushing society to develop.

He added, “Societies are led by women, especially the leadership of the word, which prompted Al Rowad Series to organize the workshop for women.”

He pointed out that he believes that every female will transmit an idea at least to her home, and affect her children, which contributes to changing society.

Turnout and Harmony:

For his part, Musa Idris, Public Relations Director of Al Rowad Series, said, “I believed in the importance of this workshop, but I did not believe in this wide acceptance among the attendees.”

And he added, “We were surprised by the attendees’ request to increase the duration of the workshop next time, because of the fun and benefit it brings and the exchange of creative dialogues.”

 

He explained that Al Rowad Series will hold periodic workshops for women, hoping that the objectives of this workshop will reach the largest segment of them.

 

And he added, “The greater the number of women, the more ripe fruits these workshops will reap in the Turkish environment that embraces peoples from all the poles of the Arab and Islamic world.”

The International Al Rowad Series Contracting Company launched its projects to provide investment and construction projects, from digging a well in Asia, digging a well in Africa and building mosques on the two continents, and has carried out the drilling of more than 80,000 wells around the world and a thousand mosques, in addition to shelters and classrooms, since its establishment in 2015.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
